We enjoy catering to your specific needs and have a chef on staff that is capable of creating unique menus for your special event.  We also have the ability to cater your crawfish boils with our equipment, or Barbeque cookouts with our own pits at your location! We are here to make your event a reality!

All BBQ catering includes the following: Bread, pickles, onions, barbeque sauce, jalapenos, plates, napkins, and utensils.

Creamy horseradish and Marsala sauce is included with all prime rib catering.
Prime Rib sliced for sandwiches does include the bread for the sandwiches.

Conditions
All catering prices are based on 10 or more people. Delivery and serving is available for 30 or more.
Delivery is available within a 30 mile radius. Delivery charges are as follows:
Within 15 miles $25.00
Within 30 miles $50.00
All jobs that are delivered and served come with unsweetened iced tea. Jobs that are delivered, but not served and jobs that are picked up in the store do not come with tea unless specified.
Catering jobs are first come, first served. We do not double book catering jobs; therefore your job will be our sole focus that day. A 25% deposit is required for all catering jobs no later than 72 hours prior to the date of the job. Catering cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours prior to the date of the job. Full price will be charged if the job is not cancelled 72 hours before the date of the job. A head count is required 72 hours prior to the date of the event or we will not cater it.
