Casseroles
All of our casseroles are hand-made here in the store. We have a chef named Reuben who has attended culinary schools create the recipes and make the casseroles daily. He's always coming up with something new!
Our casseroles are available in 1, 2, or 4 pound sizes. Cooking instructions are as follows:
350 degrees
1 lb. frozen casserole- 30 minutes covered, and 15 minutes uncovered
1 lb. thawed casserole- 20 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered
2.5 lb. frozen casserole- 1 hour covered, 15 minutes uncovered
2.5 lb. thawed casserole- 30 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered
6-7 lb. frozen casserole- 2 hours covered, 15 minutes uncovered
6-7 lb. thawed casserole- 1 hour covered, 15 minutes uncovered

Mashed Potato Casserole- Our best seller! A blend of mashed potatoes, bacon bits, cheddar cheese, sour cream and butter!
Green Bean Casserole- a blend of French Style Green Beans, cream of mushroom soup, and French Fried onions.
Sweet Potato Casserole- a blend of sweet potatoes, brown sugar, and butter with a cinnamon crunch topping.
Broccoli Rice Casserole- Broccoli, rice, and cheddar cheese mixed together with a Velveeta topping.
King Ranch Chicken- Chunks of chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, Rotel tomatoes, corn tortillas and cheddar cheese.
Creamed Spinach- a blend of spinach, buttermilk, and cream of mushroom soup with a touch of cheddar cheese.
Enchilada Casserole- Corn tortillas, cheddar cheese, pepper-jack cheese, enchilada sauce, and chile-con-carne.
Macaroni and Cheese- traditional elbow noodles with creamy cheese sauce.
Five Cheese Lasagna- a blend of market-made Italian Sausage, spaghetti sauce, ricotta, cottage, mozzarella, cheddar, and permsan cheeses layered with lasagna noodles.
Chicken Alfredo Lasagna- Lasagna made with chicken and alfredo sauce!
Beef Shpehard's Pie- A blend of seasoned beef with mixed vegetables topped with mashed potatoes.
